I support individuals and their families navigating the end-of-life by providing:

  • Discussing death anxiety or discussing death and mortality: Let’s unpack your death anxieties, questions, phobias – I’m here for it all.
  • Researching and connecting you with local resources: If you’re local to the Salt Lake City area, I can connect you with resources near us both. If you’re not local, I conduct thorough research and utilize my nationwide network of contacts to find suitable resources whereever you’re located. From death-positive spaces, mental health workers, grief support, and more, there are more options for help than you might think.
  • Exploring your values and finding meaning during the potent time of life and death’s intersection: What’s important to you both in death and life? What does a life well-lived look like, FOR YOU, regardless of how much time remains? Your answers will shape our plan moving forward. EVERYONE can benefit from a session or two of this deep exploration!
